Hi,

I was lucky to see this beautiful fly only briefly this year, my first sighting of it.Cool It looks like Ferdinandea cuprea, can anyone confirm or deny this please. As there is only one pic of a female in the gallery I will upload these pics if confirmed.

Taken on 23rd June 2009 in my garden a few miles south of Lincoln UK.
