Found this one on Sea Campion (Silene) in July of this year..any ideas on identity??

Looks like it might be Symphyta rather than Lepidoptera...

I disagree Paul, it's a noctuid caterpillar, something like Caradrina/Hoplodrina. |

Hi Dima I've had a trawl through UK Moths and the closest I can find is The Campion. Don't know if this is right or not, it hasn't been recorded up here previously.
