is it Melanostoma, perhaps mellinum? (or scalare?)

Yes, it's Melanostoma. The frons dust spots looks small so I'd say M. mellinum. A female.

I think it is scalare, but there is some room for discussion 'cause the view on the face is a little bit 'far away'.
