The Netherlands, Kiersche Wiede. 21 Aug 2009.
On rough vegetattion on open place in damp forrest.
3,9 mm.

Perhaps (close to) Pherbellia, or different family??

Pherbellia is correct.
Probably Ph. obscura

Another Pherbellia obscura?
This is an earlyer observation from 29 April 2008 (Kuinre forrest)

I can't find this name on the checklist for the Netherlands!

Pherbellia griseola, both. In the top image it is clear there are hairs along the posterior margin of the anepisternum (mesopleuron), ruling out P. obscura. Mid frontal stripe short and short plumose arista would make it griseola.
