A male from mountain region, NE Hungary, some 8 mm long. It has some interesting structures in terminalia.

one of the many Boletina species.... yes, the cerci possess nice combs of spines...

Unfortunately the wrong side is up... near Boletina basalis (Meigen, 1818)....

B. basalis is right Smile Note yellow basal segments of antenna.
