May 14, 2009, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. On Filipendula leaves near a brook. Despite the lousy weather, I've enjoyed the today's walk and encountered with a lot of interesting. A terrific critter, male: wing length 24 mm, body size 26 mm, female (was around, too): wing length 21 mm, body size 29 mm. Subject changed from ''Tipula (Acutipula) maxima?''
