Hi, this small (~2,5 mm) fly was drinking from the tree-sap of a freshly cut beech tree in a forest, NE Hungary. Can anyone help with ID?

Drosophila s.l., considering the location it might be Scaptodrosophila deflexa or S. rufirons

It's not deflexa (much too pale, carina not bulbous, anterior/basal scutellars not divergent) |

I think it is Drosophila testacea, because it has a pair of presutural setae. |
