Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, between a housing estate and an edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen, nearby a little pond for fishing, at the metallic railing of a footbridge (beneath birchtrees, pinetrees and oaks); 21th of April 2023; photos: kuv.
Please help to get the ID.

It's a Muscoid fly, not Heleomyzidae
