This was found at my place of work, Simar Nature Reserve, Malta. Maybe you can help to identify the species. Thanks. |

Hello, gorgi! gorgi wrote: This was found at my place of work, Simar Nature Reserve, Malta. Maybe you can help to identify the species. Thanks. If it would have been found in central Europe, I would say it is a colour variation of Adalia decempunctata, but I don't know the mediterranean species. It is not exactly like one I have on my (german) Coccinellidae page (http://insektenfo...llidae.htm), but quite similar to this one in brown and yellow - same pattern, other colours: Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |
