Cheilosia semifasciata?

I am just about certain that this is Cheilosia semifasciata. I found this larvae mining the leaves of Umbilicus rupestris. Can anyone confirm I have correctly identified it? I do not think there are any other diptera that mine in Umbilicus rupestris - am I correct?

Oh good grief I always have this trouble:
File size less than 200KB - check
no invalid characters - check
No uppercase in file extension - check

As I mentioned in the Shoutbox ... Filesize is 207.08 kB (212054 byte) on Flickr and as it says when one post a message "Max. filesize: 195.31Kb ...".
