Hi Kurt, this is somewhat difficult to say. Your picture is not quite sharp, so some details are not good to see. It may be a male Rhadiurgus variabilis (if the dark spot beneath the antennae is shining) or a Tolmerus (if the spot isn't shining, but only wet by a drew drop or something else or only caused by shade).
