What genus this and is species possible to tell?

Photos from 12 august 2008 at Grötom, Norasundet 62,57N 17,36O Ångermanland, Sweden.

Hi Kurt,

first picture is a female Neoitamus. Neoitamus females cannot be separated by the mean of an image. Do you see the very long shining ovipositor?

The second picture is not the same fly. It is a male Tolmerus, most probably Tolmerus atricapillus.
