A species of Anthomyia. Scutellum black on the sides with grey median stripe: A. pluvialis, I think.

Yes I think so too. There are three pictures in the Gallery.The cf pluvialis determination in the gallery pics means compare with (meaning we think so) . This is definitely Anthomyia but not so certainly pluvialis. Anthomyia also names the family Anthomyiidae.
