Small fly of 1,9 mm on sheepdung. In rather wet meadow. Apparently not a short first element of tars 3. General apearence and wing looks like Sphaeroceridae. ?? Klaas Klaas attached the following image: [145.6Kb] |

Sphaeroceridae, indeed. Looks like Leptocera or Rachispoda.
