hello cthirion I looked at the area you suggested ( very helpful) but I cant see and dont recall any white spots to the thorax or abdomen on this particular spp . It is most definitely an Ichneumon. There are two species of Cratichneumon which have the ovipositor exsertile but I do not think that it is them, it is well a kind of the subfamily of Cryptinae because of the f?mur and the very thick tibia!
