Hi, is this nice fly maybe member of Copromyza ? 1.8.2008 Loviisa, Finland.

You will need to look at the scutellum to distinguish the two genera Copromyza and Borborillus. If there are setae on there as long as the bristles at the edge, it's Copromyza.
