No, these are definitely different species. The female has dark femora, this one has yellowish femora. In my (Dutch) key this one would run to C. asiliformis (= C. aureus) but in my recollection the hairs on the mesonotum do not give such a golden shine in that species. Maybe there is another, similar species of Chrysopilus in Switzerland. I do not have the necessary keys and checklist here.

Same reply, too golden, femora yellowish. Additionally, these two images may be of different species. Do you have a shot of the second one that shows the wing better? I will try to find out more.
