Hello! On leaf of Echinochloa sp. in my garden, Hungary. Very small max. 2mm long. I couldn't decide that the red spots on abdomen are the colour of the body or some kind of parasites. It is a chloropid and the red dots are phoretic mites.

Probably Oscinella - very common grass-feeders. Some of them are pests of cereals.
