Hi,
Recently I came across this tiny fly - it was in the evening, and the quality of the pictures is bad. Nevertheless I hope that it can receive a family name.
Many thanks, Sundew

I thought of Ephydridae, but I know only Limnellia quadrata so far. And here the wing pattern differs. Ok, one more Limnellia - thanks, Nikita!

I don't think it is a Limnellia. Perhaps Ilythea or Scatophila instead?

I'd say this was Philygria, probably interstincta
