Hi, I dare to name these flies after checking the gallery, as I had already successfully photographed O. florum. Two of them, a couple probably, were sitting in the ivy close to the ground today. However I have also seen specimens of Opomyza germinationis with a very "petrei looking" abdomen. In that case presence or absence of hairs on the proepisternum should tell which species you are dealing with (not visible in the photos).
