I understand the response by Eric. The dark line along the margins of the abdominal tergites seems rather pronounced. However, that is sometimes seen in Opomyza germinations also. In Opomyza petrei the area along that dark line is in most cases more contrasting yellowish.
I would still keep this Opomyza germinationis/petrei female.
