May 15, 2008, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. About 8 p.m., a clearing in a pine forest. Size 4 to 4.5 mm.

Okay, let's see
Legs bicolored with basal one third yellow, antenna elongated, eyes without dark stripe, crossvein rm brown infuscate and pterostigm bicolorous.
Indeed a male Orthonevra geniculata!
