it is indeed a Cheilosia sp., but it is difficult to say what species (at least for me) Amalia |

Female Cheilosia albitarsis, you are probably lucky you didn't find it on Ranunculus! Normally this species is always on Ranunculus. There is another species that looks like it (C. ranunculi), but that one is usually a lot rarer than this one! Greetings Greetings, Gerard Pennards |
