Please, bare with me, I'm a newbie in insect identification.
This beauty I found sunning on a young Japanese Maple leaf in my garden on 18 April this year.

Earlier attemtps to attach the image failed because it was too large in bits (213 kb when 200000 bits were allowed). I cheated by temporarily changing the setting. Wink
