I found these flies in Barcelos on the 30th and 31st of March. What can they be?

How sure are you Paul? I see little setae over the frons...

Jizz. The wing venation is off for Chloropidae, for example. Further the shape of the head and antennae, and the prominent vibrissae.

It is male of Prochiliza nigrimana 1, 2, 4. And Stearibia nigriceps 3.

So not Chloropidae but Piophilidae. But Andrey, shouldn't it be Prochyliza?
