Can I confirm this is Criorhina ranunculi? Found sunbathing on my windowledge in London today (28/03/08). I stupidly assumed it was M. equestris and took only a few record shots before releasing it.

Many thanks Jon. I wonder if this is an interesting record for urban north London.

Thanks Nigel, the site is in TQ30 so would appear to be a new square for the species.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
