Tephritis conura, I think. The wing of T. matricariae is not so dark and the scutum not yellowish in my experience. Title of the picture is "large", that's another argument. Ben |

Guess, Ben's ID is correct. Neither conura nor matricariae occur in my areas, so my observations in the nature of both are scarse. Furthermore, some host races of conura look different. Val |
