Taken on 5 march and the size was about 6mm

I presume it is a Muscidae ?

Anthomyiidae ?? I thougt that always the M1 was in a straight line by Antho. ??Shock
But I have looked at more foto's and there I could see three hairs on the tibia......so that can match whit Antho..

Then I wil change it to Antho. and uncertain "Egle"

Anthomyiidae/Muscidae is among the most complicated in diptera. Pfft So relax. Wink

Is this Egle ciliata (Walker, 1849)?

In The Netherlands I count two Egle-species on the list.
The other Egle-sp. is Egle parva.
