I found this colourful Tachinidae in my garden in N Netherlands. Could it be a Carcelia? If so, which species? Or Blepharipa pratensis?

No, definitely Carcelia. The vertex is a bit narrow though as is the parafacial, both suggesting gnava which is extremely rare over the last decades, so definitely not sure.
