This Brachycera was found on my window a few days ago, just outside Stockholm Sweden. Is it possible to say what genus it is, or even species? Interesting feature is that the middle pair of legs has "white socks"

Left is one of the front legs, the other two are photos on one of the middle leggs with "white socks"
