Oscinella frit?

I struggle to identify this fly Chloropidae fly, from the edge of my garden pond. Could it be Oscinella frit? I could not find the size of that species (mine was 1,8 mm length, wing length 1,5 mm), and arista was (apart from the black base) pale.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
