Hello ,
this fly found in the garden on Anthemis sp. ( on 10 05 2024) was suggested Empis ciliata male.

Body length : 9 mm.

Locality : Luçon, near La Rochelle, west of France.

Is it possible to confirm the species wit this shot of the genitalia ?

Regards.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
