Chironomidae male, about 7mm, found 18/04-24, Northwest Jutland Denmark

Genus: Chironomus, keyed to couplet 29, page 164, (keys to the adult male Chironomidae of Britain and Ireland, P. H. Langton and L. C. V. Pinder vol1 and 2)
but this is where it ends, or that is, the hypopygium looks very similar to both riparius and piger, although i probably lean mostly towards piger based on the strong seta on the inside of the gonostylus tip

The problem is that the postnotum, which is completely black, is neither yellow on the sides nor on the anterodorsal part, so not spot on, either in one or the other option in couplet 29
Question is: Is there possibly a close related species in Denmark, that is not in Britain, or is it riparius or piger with an atypically colored postnotum ???
