Similar to E. obliquestriata but I think is different, the wing pattern is slightly different
Landed on a small tree near the shore of Tomebamba river in urban linear park in Cuenca, Andes of Ecuador

It IS Amethysa ( obliquestriata.
Compare your photos (modified) with the pencil draft of the wing of the holotype.

Thanks, I tough proportions in dark bands were different, but your diagnostic is very useful to me!
