Hi,
the 3rd fly today (Sept. 5th 2023) : is this Tolmerus, may be T. cingulatus ? Region Celle, Lower Saxony, Germany
For me it seems feeding a small spider, saw this not before at home.
If you can answer may request, I would be very happy.

try the Asilidae subforum (although I doubt, that a species ID will be possible after this photo of a female).
