Syrphidae - could this be Tropidia scita ?

Hello, I took a picture of this fly today with thickend hind femora. Could this be a Tropidia scrita ? What sex? Location south of Mannheim, Southwestern Germany, not far from the Rhine. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
