Well, it's a female - ovipositor is clearly visible in the first photo, but that's all I can tell |

Let me refresh this thread. Any idea about the species of this gorgeous Tipulid? The genus is probably Nephrotoma, by the patterns in the thorax and abdomen. |

I don't think so, the shape of the abdomen iis different as well as the colour pattern |
