I do not have high hopes, as the species are not easy to ID, this is the only shot and has a rather mediocre quality. However, at least ♂ and ♀ are both shown... Main reason for requesting ID is that for Austria, only one species (flavella) is recorded, but looking at recent publications, the occurrence of at least inermis and mihalyii seems to be reasonable as well. So, any thoughts (also excluding possibilities)? Vienna, late June Cheers, Lorin Font Color All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated. My Diptera observations (and other living forms) can be found here, and corrections or comments over there would also be appreciated. |
