Germany, Baden-Württemberg, district Karlsruhe, Karlsbad-Spielberg, garden meadow, on Bellis perennis, ca. 340 m; ca. 8 mm long; Eupeodes corollae, female? Many thanks for the help

Hallo Jürgen, thanks for the hints and the comparison - yes, the two are not easy to tell apart. However, in E. lunuiger the yellow spots do not extend to the lateral edge. |
