Hi All
Feeding on some dandelions was this nomad bee. I have looked through my bee stuff and Bwars and it look like Nomada goodeniana -
five black stripes (unbroken), no red on abdomen, leg colourings, face, eye colour, thorax markings, looks good to me but......................
Can somone pleae confirm ID or put me straight?

Thanks, Gareth

Hi Gareth, with these 2 yellow spots on the scutellum it could be N. goodeniana (which must have a third spot) or N. lathburiana. Unfortunately I cannot see enough to be sure.
Greetings, Eric K

Hi Eric
I looked at Nomada lathburiana here https://www.flickr.com/photos/63075200@N07/albums/72157633475534472
All Steven Falk's pictures (male and female) show a red waist that doesn't appear on mine.
Yours, Gareth
