Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, between a housing estate and an edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen, nearby a little pond for fishing, at the metallic railing of a little bridge (beneath birchtrees, pinetrees and oaks); 13th of June 2019; photos: kuv.
Please help to get the ID.

Hi kuv, and here's the female Puncha ratzeburgi, I think.
The cells above pterostigma are not clearly visible, so I can't be sure unfortunately.

Hi Eric,
here I show a Raphidiidae specimen from the same place from 1st of Juli 2022, where you can see the wing venation a little bit better (I hope ...).

Hi kuv, the English Wikipedia shows Puncha's veination including aberrations (by Naturalis Biodiversity Center):

To the best of my knowledge it is a female of Puncha ratzeburgi.
