Hi Diptera.info-readers, A friend of my found these 'flies' in it's room. She got al lot of botanic plants inside. Place: The Netherlands, Delft Date: 7 09 2022 Is it someting like: Roofgalmug, Cecidomyiidae, Contarinia sp. ? Agree with Cecidomyiidae, but I'm not sure about the genus.
