Lucilia sericata?

this little larvae i believe is Lucilia sericata it came from a dead rat, the only adults that would rear through were Lucilia sericata and Calliphora vicina the lack of Acessory Oral Sclerite would sugest Lucilia would i be right i calling this Lucilia sericata? btw this is slide mounted in DPX and stained using Acid Fuchsin Andy Chick attached the following image: [49.45Kb] |
