 This tiny black-and-white Chloropidae with pronounced hump and ornament were found in large numbers feeding on some flowering plants on 18 of June in Tbilisi (Georgia).

Any ideas what genus/species does it belong to?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
