I found several specimens of this fly in my Ligustrum hedge in my garden in N Netherlands. Is it Elachiptera? If zo, which species? I estimate its length between 2 and 3 mm.

Thanks to both of you! Any chance to determine the species? Any distinctive trait needed to verify for that? |
