Thank you, so we don’t need to worry about boreal species.
That said, it is a Panzeria (sl.) but I don’t see an obvious match in ordinary species. It might be ne of the rare Alpine ones, though the altitude is not that high.

Panzeria spec. - I know, to determine flyes is verry special. Rarely you can take more pictures in different views. These insects are always in hurry.
