Hi,

again another one from my archive. sorry just one photo for this.
a small one ~3-4mm taken in august 2007 in Retezat National Park, mountain area around 1200m.
it is an ephidrid?
can be IDed furter?

Yes, Copromyza (Sphaeroceridae), I think - the very short hind basitarsus is one of the characters for this family
