The second one yes, female vicina, but the first one is a different specimen (it's a male),

Just can't see the basicosta, can we ?

I don't have very good images of this fly and didn't collect either. I have this dorsal of the wing, There is something yellow that seem to be were the basicosta should be but it is hard for me to tell from this angle.

Also Bucca look pale in second image. can't see anterior spiracle, could be black?

These basicosta are yellow, indeed, so vicina.
