Picture taken recently in east China (Zhejiang province). Body length approx. 4mm. Seemingly very fond of flowers. Could it be a Rhamphomyia species? Many thanks in advance!

Empis species. A group of species around Empis pennipes (West Palaearctic) seem to be fond of pinkish and bluish flowers.
