Ukraine, Rivne region, on August 20. Is it possible to determine the genus and species from this photograph? Edited by Gansucha on 14-03-2022 19:11 |

Hi, I'm quite sure it's a Calliphora and: orange face, black basicosta and anterior spiracle makes me think of C. uralensis. Some vicina could have a darker basicosta/spiracle - a dorsal image of the abdomen could help.

Yes and check IA: 1 + 2. I don’t think this is vicina, but difficult to give a positive ID. theo |
